His journey from Production Manager to Millwright, and later as Light Design Program Manager, showcases his diverse expertise and innovative problem-solving skills. As Owner and COO, Stephan excels in managing complex projects, ensuring operational excellence, strategic resource allocation, and successful execution. His commitment and extensive industry knowledge make him an invaluable asset to our team.
Alex Cross founded Cross Construction in January 2017, bringing a profound appreciation for home construction honed from high school building trades. Alex's leadership is defined by a meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to integrity and ethical values. His vision and patience ensure every project is a testament to quality and communication. Outside of work, Alex enjoys camping, dirt biking, and composing music with his children, reflecting his love for challenges and life's small moments.
Tegan Nardone brings a dynamic blend of expertise in HR, talent acquisition, and operations to Cross Construction. With a career spanning HR leadership and public relations, Tegan excels in optimizing efficiency and enhancing client satisfaction. With over a decade of experience in management, client relations, and logistics, Kevin Moffit is a key asset to Cross Construction. His career began at Stock Building Supply, honing his skills in inventory management and delivery. Kevin's expertise grew at Automated Business Supply and FedEx, where he excelled in product delivery and installations. As the founder of Destroyed Limits Athletics, he showcased his entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen. Now, as Lead Architectural Installer, Kevin oversees complex projects with precision and adherence to industry standards, making him a valuable leader.
Jordan Brownlee brings a wealth of experience from Vermont to Utah, excelling in customer service, communication, and project management. Since joining Cross Construction in July 2021, Jordan has been instrumental in delivering projects on time and within budget. His meticulous attention to detail and collaborative spirit make him an invaluable asset. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys exploring the outdoors through snowboarding, hiking, camping, and dirt biking, sharing these adventures with his partner and their two beloved cats.
Camille Cross, as the Assistant Controller, ensures seamless vendor relations and precise accounting through diligent documentation and data entry. Her commitment keeps our records accurate and up-to-date, benefiting both the company and our clients. A new mother and devoted wife, Camille is a lifelong learner with a degree in Bio-Cultural Anthropology from Oregon State University. Passionate about the natural world, she enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and exploring the beauty of outdoor landscapes.
